Huntly User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service.

3. User Code of Conduct

When using the service, you must not:

• Post content that is illegal, violent, obscene, or infringes upon the legal rights and interests of any third party;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or provide false, misleading information;
• Abuse platform features to harass, spam, defraud, or interfere with other users;
• Violate any applicable local laws, regulations, or platform policies.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Certain features within the Application require paid access.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before expiration.
• All payments are processed through Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, interfaces, trademarks, and branding within the Application are the exclusive property of Huntly.
• Content posted by users remains the intellectual property of the user. However, you grant Huntly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, host, and use such content as necessary to provide and operate the service.

6. Disclaimer

• Huntly provides only an online social platform. We are not responsible or liable for any interactions, disputes, or consequences between users.
• You are solely responsible for protecting your personal information and account security. Risks related to offline activities are not attributable to this Application.

7. Account Termination

If you breach this Agreement, provide false information, or engage in illegal activities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice.

8. Child Safety and Compliance

This Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We strictly adhere to Google’s Child Safety Standards.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application is published.
